Who runs Smocky

Smocky is operated by an individual developer publishing as coregatekit, who is responsible for the personal data described below. Questions and requests reach that person at [email protected].

What Smocky does with what you type

Smocky's tools run in your browser. Text, files, and results you work with are processed on your device and are not transmitted to Smocky's servers. There is no account, no sign-in, and no user database.

Hosting and server logs

Smocky is a static export served by Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes standard request data — such as IP address, user agent, and requested URL — to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. The legal basis for this processing is legitimate interest in keeping the site available and secure. That data is retained by Cloudflare under its own retention policy rather than by Smocky; see Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Cloudflare and Google both operate globally, so this processing may take place outside your country, including in the United States, under the safeguards those providers publish.

Advertising

Smocky may display ads served by Google AdSense on some pages. Where ads run, third-party vendors including Google use cookies and similar identifiers to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other sites. You can learn more or opt out at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites and myadcenter.google.com. Ad scripts load only on pages that show ads; this page loads no AdSense script.

Consent in the EU and UK

Personalised advertising will not be served to visitors in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom until a consent management platform is in place to ask for, record, and honour that choice. Until then, no consent is collected because no advertising cookies are set for those visitors.

Storage on your device

Smocky sets no cookies of its own and stores nothing about you in your browser. Third-party ad scripts may set cookies or use similar identifiers where ads run, as described above.

No analytics

Smocky does not use analytics. No first-party analytics or tracking script is loaded on this site.

Your rights

Where data protection law applies to you — including Thailand's PDPA, the EU and UK GDPR, and comparable laws elsewhere — you have rights of access, correction, erasure, objection, and portability over personal data processed about you, and the right to complain to your local supervisory authority.

Because Smocky holds no user database, most such requests concern the request data described under Hosting and server logs, or the ad identifiers described under Advertising. Email the address above to exercise any of these rights; expect a reply within 30 days.

Children

Smocky is a general-audience site and does not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

Changes to this policy are published on this page with a new effective date.
