Terms of Service

Effective 2026-09-03

Who these terms are with

Smocky is operated by an individual developer publishing as coregatekit. "The operator" throughout these terms means that person, reachable at [email protected].

Using Smocky

Smocky is free to use and requires no account. By using the site, you accept these terms. If you do not agree to them, do not use the site.

What Smocky provides

Smocky provides browser-based utilities offered as is. Tools may change, move, or be withdrawn without notice.

Not professional advice

Everything Smocky produces is informational and is not financial, legal, tax, or professional advice. The finance tools in particular — including those that model leverage, position sizing, and liquidation — are illustrations built on the numbers you enter, not recommendations to make any trade or financial decision. Verify results independently and take professional advice before acting on them.

No warranty

Smocky is provided "as is", without warranties of accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not liable for loss arising from use of the site or reliance on its output.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt or overload the site, run automated bulk scraping against it, or use it to break the law or infringe others' rights.

Your content

Anything you enter into a tool stays yours and never reaches Smocky's servers. Smocky claims no rights in it.

Site content

Smocky's own code, text, and design remain the operator's.

Third-party services

Hosting and advertising are provided by third parties under their own terms. See the Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, and the courts of Thailand have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. Where the consumer-protection law of your own country grants you rights that cannot be waived by agreement, this clause does not take them away.

Severability

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force and the unenforceable part is applied as closely to its intent as the law allows.

Changes

Changes to these terms are published on this page with a new effective date.
